This course is designed to strengthen the project management skills of executing teams that, due to the new reality, need to adapt to dynamic changes to deliver greater value in less time to project beneficiaries.
The target audience of the PM4R Agile Execution course are teams interested in learning how to improve their project management skills and how to speed up the execution of critical work from the beginning, combining our PM4R Traditional and PM4R Agile methodologies.
- Week 1: Scope – Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
- Week 2: Schedule
- Week 3: S Curve
- Week 4: PM4R Agile Plan
Objectives
At the end of this course, you will be able to:
- To learn how to use management tools (WBS, Schedule and S curve).
- To develop management tools for the project itself and a three-month PM4R Agile implementation plan, ready to be executed the day after the course.
